Another Birthday!

My surprise birthday dinner at the gourmet kitchen of Louis Gervais.  There was a 6 course meal, which included:

Sylbaire & Oka Cheese with figs

Firecracker Prawns with spiced cumquat sauce

Baked St. Jacques Veloute (scallops) with saffron

bullet

Salade, Vinaigrette du Chef

bullet

Beef Mignonette

bullet

Trois Chocolat Gateau with fresh strawberries

It was simply spectacular.
