The Good
People or things in the news or something out in the world that meets my approval.  (I'm sure the world feels much better now as a result.)

The Bad
People or things in the world that are having a negative effect on us.

The Ugly
People or things in the world that are having a negative, ugly effect on us.  If you ask me how different 'bad' and 'ugly' are, I'll just smile knowingly.

On A Personal Note
Regarding Iomega 1 GB JAZ Drives

Don't buy these things.  They're the worst, most unreliable & EXPENSIVE pieces of **** I've ever had the misfortune to spend almost $1500.00 on.  There were product recalls, constant breakdowns, and I ended up losing a massive amount of data.  I will never buy another Iomega product again.

My Rating System

I've used the my OJ rating system for articles in the Bad and Ugly categories since my original site was published in 1997.  The scores range from one OJ, which indicates mildly bad/stupid/corrupt/unethical, to five OJs, meaning really really really disgusting. I suppose it's almost time to find a new poster boy to represent the fools here...  It's just that the whole OJ thing seems so timeless.  To that end, please email me some suggestions for the new Ugly Icon.
